Built at the end of the 1930s, this house is perhaps the most complete expression of a Crestwood residence designed and executed by the firm of Stone, Lord and Caldwell. It embodies all of the hallmarks of their work from this period, resulting in a spacious and comfortable historical revival style representing the best features of American homebuilding. The house comprises approximately 2,500 finished square feet of living space on its upper three floors and approximately 1,650 square feet on the lower level.
