We want your move to J-Centrel to be a happy one. Tenants are responsible for paying electricity and cable. Proof of renter’s insurance is required before move in. This building is dog and cat friendly with a $250.00 non-refundable deposit and an extra $50.00/mo pet rent. The limit to number of pets is 2. 1st and last month’s rent is due in the form of certified funds or money order prior to move in and must be delivered by hand to the management office. Application fee is $50.00 and is non-refundable. 24-hours notice is required to reserve the elevator for moving.
