This price reflects a 12 month lease. If you sign a 15-month lease, you get to choose two month's with free rent, any month beside first and last. Sometimes moving sucks. Not this time. We want your move to J-Centrel to be a happy one. Tenants are responsible for paying electricity and cable. Proof of renter's insurance is required before move in. Security deposit, 1st and last month's rent is due in the form of certified funds or money order prior to move in and must be delivered by hand to the management office. Application fee is $50.00 and is non-refundable. 24-hours notice is required to reserve the elevator for moving. Pet Policy- $250 deposit per pet. $100/month per pet. 2 pet limit.
