The Mountain View Pivots consist of 463 deed acres with approximately 244 acres under two center pivots which were installed in 2019. The 8500 Series Zimatic pivots have GPS guidance systems and are both 7-tower with a 4-year-old stand of alfalfa. There are two irrigation wells: The west pivot has an irrigation well permit for 850 gpm, with a depth of 348' and a static water level at 90'. The east pivot has an irrigation well permit for 825 gpm, with a depth of 348' and a static water level at 155'.
