You will be left alone most of the time, but must also be willing to share the space when I am in town. Must be cleanly and able to care for my kitchen and furniture. Everything is in very good condition and I am looking for a responsible house mate that can keep things that way. This unit will be rented furnished and with all kitchen utensils and appliances.
