You are of course very focused on the private deck but while this is an outstanding perk just remember my telling you how fabulous the interior space is as well.The location is the best in the neighborhood with Sunday Farmers Market at the end of the block and Carroll Park across the street . So much to like about this one ! The antique bathroom has a big tub and its sweet ! This beautiful unit is in an impressive townhouse that stands out ? what a joy to enter. What else you ask.....well the in unit washer dryer is very nice for sure and the Galley Kitchen is delightful and roomy ! The walk to Boro hall # trains is very reasonable and the Carroll stop on the F train is just 3 blocks . The living space is more than comfortable and actually its an almost perfect room , very square, spacious accommodating all your furniture .The folks departing are letting go of a place they have loved and will miss...?.including the extra closets ! The bedroom has a walk-in closet and they pointed out that the DECK which is private gets sun almost all day ! Pets: One good pet on approval if trained and quiet. This is a smoke-free dwelling. The renter pays heat and hot water in addition to the monthly rent. Reduced rental commission and the start date is a little flexible so October 15 is fine
