Two rooms for rent at $1000 each a month with a small refundable deposit. 1 bdrm has a shared bathroom and the other 1 bdrm has access to a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom has their own TV and min-fridge. I will allow dogs that are trained that are small that can access a doggy door to go outside without the owner since I do have a small dog myself. Since I'm normally home I could take care of the dog when you are away at work. There is access to a washer and dryer on property, but there is also a laundry facility close by that will actually clean and fold your clothes for $.99 a pound. Two straight males live on the property who are sports guys. I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke. Lifestyle at the house is pretty tame, but once in a blue moon in the summer there has known to be some pool parties. $40 application fee. I will give an application so I can pull credit and verify background and employment. Rent is month to month with a 15 day notice to vacate.
