Get comfortable and enjoy! Sweet Sylvan Hills Tiny House was styled for relaxation and aesthetic pleasure. We are an easy 15 minute drive to the Atlanta Airport! 10 min to downtown. Carriage House: 1 Queen bed 1 full bath with walk in shower 1 Kitchenette with refrigerator, cookware, and an individual cooktop. Put the pan on the stove, turn on the stove, and it will heat up. Curtains for a good night's rest (some are black out). The carriage house is handicap-accessible with a barrier free entrance and a 4 inch step into the shower. There is free private parking for 1 car behind the gate in the carport. We may have guests in the main house so be mindful of only parking in your designated spot. Do not block the shared driveway at anytime because you will block the neighbor in. Street parking is free as well. If the occupancy is 2 people, there is a $75/month utilities charge. Pet rent and pet deposit do apply.
