Split floor plan for privacy. Second Bedroom offers a Queen Bed with Tempur Pedic topper and plenty of closet and drawer space. Third Bedroom/Den has a double Futon couch/bed, and desk which can either be used as an office or third bedroom. Sun City has so many fun things for visitors to do including hike/bike trails, dog parks, activity centers, crafts, multiple golf courses (golf is extra), tennis, pickleball, and to many activities and events to list. Age Restricted Community, one tenant must be 55+ and all other occupants must be 18 or older. One dog under 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds. One-time cleaning fee of $150.
