The building's commercial area incudes a bank, grocery store, restaurant/bar, pharmacy and more. The indoor/outdoor pool is currently open but still has some Covid restrictions. Garage parking ( when available ) is an extra yearly fee. All utilities including basic cable and bus service are included in the HOA fee. There is a 24 hour doorman and concierge service. The building security is tightly monitored so it is a save place to call home. There is a no smoking no pet (except for service animals ) policy.
