Contacted County Administration to confirm that sewer is not available for this lot at this time. If information is correct, the prospective buyer can potentially pay to extend the line to their property, but they would have to pay the cost to extend it roughly 750 feet. In order to build in Drum Bay, one would need to drill a private well.
