A combination of Logan Labs, Blue Fox Ag Services, and Soil Scape Solutions have tested and amended the native soil with Organic input. Additionally, the native soil is a rich forest humus chalk full of biochar from a fire that cleared the growing areas in the mid 2000's. The soil, elevation and microclimate make this a wonderful property to consistently produce world class crops. Generators are the primary source of electricity and provide ample power for the current operation. There are two generators included, one is a 75 KVA and the other is a 45 KVA.
