The holding fee is one month's rent and the administration fee is $200 (if approved). Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one, $500 for two, and $700 for three (if applicable, subject to approval). HOME FEES: Monthly Pet Rent of $30 per month per pet. Our Easy Living Bundle ($15.99 per month) includes no hassle utility management and smart locks.
