Buckle up! there's a boatload to tell you about on this one! Let's start with some eclectic elements; first, we have a deceptively large home, that potentially (depending on how you want/need to live in it - think massive home office & room for a bunch of multi-generational occupants) has three (3) separate living areas. We'll start with the main floor living area. Through the main entrance you'll walk into the kitchen, which boast hardwood flooring, great south-east morning light, huge pantry, granite-tiled counter with breakfast bar, electric cooktop, stainless appliances including a built-in double oven & dishwasher and a separate, raised eat-in area. Walking to the back you have a large, tiled & sunken, formal dining room with ornamental flat-archways and plenty enough room to host those upcoming holiday get togethers. Off to the right is the (again) sunken family room, this time, sporting hardwood flooring, stand-alone wood burning stove and wall-space enough to fit that huge flat screen with 7.1 surround sound you've been eyeing. Adjoined the family room is the, conveniently located, laundry/utility area, complete with stackable washer & dryer.Moving back, you'll find access to the basement, back deck area (more on that later), the half-bath, and main-level - as in 1st floor - primary en-suite bedroom, which we're about to have a conversion about.Think about the primary bedroom as an oasis unto itself. First off you enter via French doors into a hardwood foyer (that's fi-(y) if you're sticking with the French theme). Off to the left are the carpeted sleeping quarters with a (ginormous - it's a word, I looked it up) separate walk-in closet and dressing room. And, to the back is your (again) hardwood floored sitting room with, yet another, wood burning stove, sure to be a snuggling hit on those cold winter nights. Speaking of snuggling, there's a hot tub right outside the aforementioned sitting room, which - I told you I'd get back to it - sits on the rear wraparound deck area. Rounding out this oasis is the ensuite bath, complete with soaking tub, large stall shower, separate vanities and closed off water-closet. Let's move up a level - why don't we!? This is where your imagination will take over...Upstairs, which by-the-way has a separate entrance - not sure if that's good or bad if you have teenagers, you'll find three (3) large bedrooms, all with ample closet space, two having hardwood flooring and the last, carpeted, this one with its own 3-piece ensuite bath. Now here is the abovementioned use your imagination part; at the top of the steps is a +/-850 square foot (bigger than most NY apartments!) flex space, complete with its own kitchen, eating area, pantry, laundry facility and living (or if you like: office) space!I know you've been waiting so let's get to that in-law/multigenerational space we alluded to earlier. Accessible via its own outside entrance, and from inside, you'll have another +/-1,150 square feet of separate living area, complete with another eat-in kitchen, two (2) bedrooms, full bath, living room with fireplace and another room which could be used as a formal dining area and or another home office. (re)Rounding out all the potential living space is the unfinished walkout basement. Now I know what your thinking!? All this inside space is pretty cool but I'm an outside entertainment type of person! Well, we have you covered there too, as this home sits on just over .7 acres (according to public records). You'll have more than enough back yard space, including an oversized walk-in shed, to host those summer soirees or fall tailgate parties. Couple all this together with nearby access to Wegmans, the Montgomeryville Mall, great restaurants, an LA Fitness and major highways and you have the beginnings of a long-term HOME relationship.
