One month's rent security (due at lease signing) plus first and last month's rent (due at lease commencement); Tenants pay electric and cable - water, sewer, and trash are included. A pet will be considered on a case by case basis. There is a $250 non refundable pet deposit and an additional $60/month rent for each pet. One reserved parking space per unit. $35 rental application fee per person includes credit and background check (photos are of the unit where possible, however, in some cases may be of similar floor plans within the Promenade)
