The Marina was rebuilt in 2016 and reopened in 12/2017. The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks. $290/mo. condo fee covers insurance, maintenance, etc. of the facility. Each boat in the marina must show evidence of insurance with liability of a minimum of $300,000 - must list Frederica Yacht Club as additionally insured.
