222 E. Broadway was designed by the acclaimed New York-based architecture firm SLCE Architects and its exterior facade was designed by the New York-based architectural design studio S4Architecture. The buildings interiors were designed by Paris Forino with modern design and timeless details. 222 E. Broadways homes feature oversized windows and 7 wide oak floors. The kitchens are equipped with custom Italian cabinetry, marble countertops and Miele, SubZero and Bosch appliances and the primary baths feature marble floors and custom glaze ceramic tile as well as Waterwork bath fixtures.

222 E. Broadway offers its residents access to 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a 6,700-square-foot private park with a childrens playground and barbecuing areas.
